Return & Exchange

For Return and Exchange we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.Please note that custom hats are final sale and can only be returned if there is a quality issue or damage upon arrival. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods.

In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box.

Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the headwear will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, unless stated otherwise or if you choose Overnight Processing.

Shipping times depend on the carrier selected at checkout:

DHL Standard: 6–14 business days (U.S.)
UPS Express: approx. 6 business days (U.S.)
FedEx Express: 1–2 business days (U.S.)

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

We ship all orders from Germany, and most of our customers are based in the U.S. — so we’ve become experts at making sure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Please note that all taxes and duties are already included in our DHL Standard Shipping, so there are no extra import fees upon delivery. The price you see is the lowest available rate we can offer.

Each hat is packed with care and expertise we’ve built over the years, ensuring that your order arrives intact and in perfect condition — no matter how far it travels.

Each hat is handmade from start to finish in our own workshop — crafted entirely by us (a two-person team: me and my wife).

Every piece is custom-made for you, and you can be involved at every step of the process — from design details to final adjustments.

We take great pride in our craft and treat every order as a unique creation. Because each hat requires time, creativity, and precision to design and produce, we can only make a limited number while ensuring exceptional quality in both product and service.

These are not mass-produced items — they are artisanal pieces, made with care and purpose for those who value true craftsmanship.
