At NY Avantgarde, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, in certain cases, returns or refunds may be accepted under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
You have the right to request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order — but only under specific conditions: The product arrived damaged or with defect. You can provide your full name and order number, clear proof of the issue, photos, videos, and a written explanation via email info@nyavant.com
We do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made hats, as these are individually crafted and excluded from the right of withdrawal.
We will assess your case individually and respond within a reasonable time.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be handled case by case depending on the situation and reason for return. We will let you know in writing whether you need to cover return shipping or if we will take responsibility.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through Shopify using your original payment method.
No Returns for Custom Hats
Please note: All custom or personalized hats are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive significantly damaged or defective.
