Thank you for shopping with NY Avantgarde. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted hats safely and efficiently, no matter where in the world you are. Below you’ll find important details about how and when we ship your order.

Shipping Origin & Carriers
All orders are shipped from Germany. We deliver worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your items arrive securely and on time.

Shipping Options & Rates
We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total and selected service:

  • Standard International Shipping (6–12 business days) – €55

  • UPS Express (approx. 5 business days) – $170 (for orders over $800)

  • EXPRESS(5 Business Days) - 85,00 $ (for orders up to 800 $)

  • FedEx Express (1–3 business days)

    • $190 for orders up to $800

    • $400 for orders over $800

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery times are:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–8 business days

  • Worldwide (standard): 6–12 business days

Express shipping times depend on the destination and chosen service. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. At this time, we do not offer free shipping.

Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Custom-made hats may require a little more time before shipping – we appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. For security and logistical reasons, we cannot change the shipping address after the order is placed.
Please note that we do not ship to parcel lockers.

Split Shipments
For large orders (e.g. more than 3 hats), your order may be shipped in multiple packages for safety and packaging reasons. In such cases, shipping costs will be calculated separately per package.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these fees, and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Undeliverable Packages & Returns
If your package cannot be delivered (e.g. due to an incorrect address), it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you by email to arrange further steps. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be resent.
