How long does shipping take?

For Standard International (DHL), all taxes, duties, and import fees are fully covered by us — you won’t pay anything extra upon delivery.

Shipping times:

Standard International (DHL): 6–12 days — all duties and taxes included
FedEx Express: 1–3 days

All orders ship from Germany, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your hat is on the way.

Our hats are adjustable, so they can be fitted comfortably to your head size.

Right after you place your order, we will contact you immediately to guide you through a quick sizing check. This way, we make sure the hat fits you perfectly and there are no surprises when it arrives.

Return & Exchange

For Return and Exchange we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.Please note that custom hats are final sale and can only be returned if there is a quality issue or damage upon arrival. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods.

In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box.

Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the headwear will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, unless stated otherwise or if you choose Overnight Processing.
